My Mom is the best mom. At least, that's what I say in my latest piece for the Boston Herald.
If you disagree, too bad.

Seems you mom did not want you to grow, but with all those hands on the shoulder, she couldn't hold you down...or did the hands on the shoulder help you to grow in a mom kind of way?
Back from your column...someone will be happy today, maybe the best Mother's Day Card ever!
Very nice Jim, we all have the best Moms ever, and from what I see I won't disagree that yours has always been the best Mom ever to you as long you agree that mine is the best also.
Nice column my friend.
Joe - Thanks for the kind words. I also noticed the hands on shoulders in many of the photos. I think she was pulling me up.
Jimmy - Agreed! Thanks for the kind words!
Your mom was the best mom, and mine is tied with her. How's that?
Mimi - I guess that will be OK. Supermoms!
I really don't know what to make of the hands-on-shoulders fetish (based on photo #3, it would seem that you return the favor. . .)
(or was I not supposed to go there?) ;)
I have three moms. So I win. . . ;)
Mom! That's not fair! Craig has THREE moms! Make him stop!
That was such a sweet column. I believe it came as no surprise to your mom, though. I'm sure you let her know all the time how grateful you are she's your mom. Of course, I think mine is the best, but since this is your blog, I won't fight you for it. :)
Barbara - I appreciate your acquiescence!
I tried to read your piece in the paper but an unwanted and unasked for video kept popping up and HATE that, so I abandoned the attempt, sorry, but I know you really appreciate your mum, sorry I mean MOM, she's a lucky MOM to have you!
Sham - Always appreciate the effort. Thanks!
Enjoyed your captions. :) You're lucky to have your Mom still. Mine passed on one year after I got married real late in life. Well, at least she saw me getting hitched.
