What Really Matters

The website Purple Clover bought a piece of mine and I'm happy to offer a link here. Re-reading it myself, after the Super Bowl loss by the Patriots, put my perspective back where it should be :-)

Congratulations to Philadelphia! And if you'd go to Purple Clover and read my piece, that would be very nice. Thanks!

Soon, with more better stuff.

Wonderfully, poignantly written. Thanks, Jim. And, glad YOUR WIFE is well on the mend.

I've had occasion to think about my life, god forbid, without Jenn in it. And those aren't happy thoughts. Altho, given the realities of our respective health and ancestry, it's much more likely that she'll have to face living without me. Either way, we've got a good thing going, and we aren't eager for it to end, one way or another. . .

Beautiful. Yes, in 500 years what will matter is only the thing we carry into eternity, the love.

The view as you enter the operating room is scary, I know, I spent some time in one 2 weeks ago. The view from the waiting room is even more scary for the rest of the family. I'm so glad she is OK, give the pillows an extra fluff from me, in Canada.
